Billing questions
How do refunds work?
If Altpass isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal through Gumroad and you’ll get it. See the terms.
How do I cancel?
Cancel the membership from your Gumroad library or receipt. Your key keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change plans?
Buy the new plan on Gumroad, paste the new key into the dashboard, then cancel the old membership. Sites and approved alt texts are tied to a key, so tell us if you need them moved.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Checking keeps working; generating pauses until the 1st of next month, or until you upgrade. Nothing you’ve approved is lost, and the fix script keeps serving approved alt texts.
Do you offer annual or custom plans?
Not yet. If you need more than 15,000 alt texts a month, get in touch through Gumroad.
